My time at the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO) was an unforgettable experience that has shaped my academic and personal journey. Through my studies, I discovered my passion for Chemistry and made the decision to pursue a BSc honours and co-op degree with a major in the field. While my journey has not been linear and I explored different paths, taking second-year organic chemistry was a pivotal moment that set me on the right course. UBCO's smaller campus size provided me with a unique opportunity to build close relationships with my professors and classmates, which enriched my academic experience and allowed me to make meaningful connections. I am excited to be graduating in May 2023 and look forward to applying my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in my field.
